From a focused $25,000 update to a full open-concept transformation, we build kitchens in NE Baltimore County that function as well as they photograph. Every project is fixed-price. Every crew is vetted.
Most remodeling contractors in Baltimore County offer the same three cabinet lines and a laminate countertop at a price that seems reasonable until the change orders start. We work differently.
Before we quote a number, we understand how your family uses the space. Whether you entertain constantly or need a kitchen designed around a single dedicated cook, the layout changes. The storage changes. The investment changes.
We then give you a fixed price — not an estimate — for that specific kitchen. One number. What you agree to is what you pay.
We handle every trade in-house or through vetted subcontractors we've worked with for years. You deal with one point of contact: Jonathan.
Framed and frameless options in painted, stained, and specialty finishes. We work with cabinet lines that offer real customization — not just color swaps on stock boxes.
Quartz, quartzite, granite, and marble. Waterfall edges, bookmatched slabs, integrated sinks. We source directly from fabricators and coordinate templating and installation.
Panel upgrades, GFCI circuits, under-cabinet lighting, recessed lighting layout, dedicated appliance circuits. Coordinated with our licensed electrician — permitted and inspected.
Sink moves, pot-filler rough-ins, island plumbing, dishwasher connections. We don't patch around existing plumbing when the layout calls for a change.
Ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, handmade tile, zellige. Full-height backsplashes, pattern inlays, and grout color consultation included in our design process.
Wall removals (including load-bearing with structural engineering), window modifications, ceiling work, and open-concept integrations with adjacent living spaces.
Hardwood, LVP, porcelain tile, and transitions to adjacent rooms. We refinish existing hardwood to match new areas when material is salvageable.
Task, ambient, and accent lighting coordinated with your cabinet layout. We work with your electrician schedule to rough in during demo, before drywall closes.
These ranges reflect completed projects in NE Baltimore County — not national averages. Appliances are not included unless noted.
Note on minimums: We don't take kitchen projects under $25,000. Not because smaller work isn't legitimate — it is. But our project management process, warranty, and crew structure are built around projects at this scale. Smaller jobs don't fit how we operate, and we'd rather tell you that now than after a site visit.

From signed contract to final walkthrough: 5–7 weeks for a focused refresh, 8–12 weeks for a mid-range project, and 12–16 weeks for a full gut renovation. These are working timelines — your written schedule is delivered at the project kickoff meeting, before demo starts. We build in buffer for material lead times, which we track from the day materials are ordered. We do not start demo until cabinetry and countertop slabs are confirmed in production.
Most clients stay in the home. We seal off the work zone with plastic barriers and maintain a clean jobsite daily. You will be without a functional kitchen — no sink, no range, no dishwasher — for most of the project. We recommend setting up a temporary kitchen in a bathroom or laundry room (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave). For projects over $75K with significant demolition, we'll discuss this specifically during the proposal phase.
Both options work. If you have a designer, we work from their drawings and specification sheets — we're experienced collaborating with third-party design professionals and your designer remains your point of contact for aesthetic decisions. If you don't have a designer, we can recommend kitchen designers we've worked with in the NE Baltimore County area, or for mid-range projects we can guide the selection process ourselves using our cabinet supplier's design tools. Design fees are not included in our project price and are quoted separately.
Included: All labor, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash materials and installation, plumbing fixtures (sink and faucet as specified), lighting fixtures (as specified), electrical work within scope, permit fees, and haul-away of demo material.
Not included: Appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), furniture, window treatments, painting of adjacent rooms, flooring outside the kitchen footprint (unless specified), and structural engineering fees if load-bearing work is required. All exclusions are listed explicitly in your proposal.
We pull all required permits and schedule all required inspections. In Baltimore County, kitchen work involving electrical upgrades, plumbing changes, or structural modifications requires permits. We include permit fees in our quoted price and handle the application process — you don't need to contact the county. Projects that do not require a permit (like a cabinet replacement with no electrical or plumbing changes) are noted in the proposal. We never skip permits to save time.
It happens — older NE Baltimore County homes sometimes have surprises behind the drywall. Our fixed price covers everything within scope. If demo reveals a condition that changes the scope (like subfloor damage, asbestos, or knob-and-tube wiring that wasn't disclosed and wasn't visible), we document it with photos, pause work, and present you with a written change order before any additional work begins. You decide whether to proceed and at what cost. We have never issued an undisclosed change order.
